First of all you have the wrong connectors! Water and or moisture can still get into the box via these connectors! To make your box safe you have to use "Junction Box Outdoor Waterproof Electrical Cable Connector" If water gets inside that electrical box your a dead man!!! Everyone do not use the electrical box connectors this person uses, get the right type. Good Luck.

Good idea, but you need to do 2 things to make this safe: -bond those grounds to the metal box with a green grounding screw and another green wire jumper -use "CGB" type gland connectors instead of cable clamp connectors - the cgbs will actually keep the box weatherproof. But other than that great idea.
